ANÁLISE DO ENSINO-APRENDIZAGEM DE UMA DISCIPLINA DO CURSO DE GRADUAÇÃO EM ADMINISTRAÇÃO PÚBLICA EAD ICHS-UFF: O PROCESSO DE RETROFIT
O curso de Administração Pública
semipresencial do ICHS UFF nos últimos anos
apresentou a mesma sistemática de trabalho.
Diante deste contexto os coordenadores de
disciplina e discentes apresentaram uma
demanda para mudança no estilo de ensinoaprendizagem.
A partir deste argumento
a questão problema identificada foi como
efetuar a mudança para um novo processo
de aprendizagem? A pesquisa tem como
objetivo descrever e analisar o processo
de Retrofit de uma disciplina do curso de
graduação em Administração Pública,
escolhida como referencial para benchmark
para as demais. Para a verificação desta
investigação utilizaram-se como procedimentos
metodológicos o levantamento bibliográfico,
aplicação de um questionário, entrevistas e
a técnica de brainstorming. Como principal
resultado observou-se que o Ambiente Virtual
de Aprendizagem - AVA não era padronizado
e estava enquadrado em um processo de
produção fragmentado, onde os atores não se
apresentavam articulados, com salas de aulas
díspares que não proporcionavam ao aluno
uma experiência sistêmica. A partir destas
análises foi criada uma sistemática de trabalho
objetivando a melhoria da disciplina. O processo
de Retrofit proporcionou o replanejamento do
AVA e os alunos ressaltaram que houve uma
melhoria significativa, proporcionando rapidez
e agilidade para o aprendizado de forma ativa
e colaborativa com respostas tempestivas,
sinalizando positivamente para a implantação
nas demais disciplinas do curso.

Abstract:
The ICHS UFF Public
Administration course in recent years presented
the same work system. In this context, the
discipline coordinators and students presented
a demand for a change in the teaching-learning
style. From this argument, the problem question
identified was how to effect the change to a
new learning process? The purpose of this
research is to describe and analyze the Retrofit
process of a course in the undergraduate
course in Public Administration, chosen as a
benchmark for the others. For the verification
of this investigation, the bibliographic survey,
the application of a questionnaire, interviews
and the brainstorming technique were used as
methodological procedures. As a main result it
was observed that the Virtual Learning Environment - AVA was not standardized and
was framed in a fragmented production process, where the actors were not articulated,
with disparate classrooms that did not provide the student with a systemic experience.
From these analyzes a work systematics was created aiming at the improvement of the
discipline. The Retrofit process provided the re-planning of the AVA and the students
emphasized that there was a significant improvement, providing speed and agility to
the learning in an active and collaborative way with timely answers, positively signaling
to the implantation in the other disciplines of the course
