ANÁLISE DO DESENVOLVIMENTO DE COMPETÊNCIAS NO AMBIENTE ACADÊMICO: UM ESTUDO DE CASO DO CURSO DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO – UNIPAM
O estudo teve como objetivo principal identificar, na percepção dos alunos, em que medida as práticas do curso de administração encontram-se alinhadas às competências gerais e específicas demandadas pela sociedade, tanto na perspectiva organizacional como nas perspectivas pessoal, política e social. Este estudo contemplou diversas áreas da gestão administrativa: Finanças, Produção e Logística, Recursos Humanos e Marketing.

Abstract:
The main objective of the study was to identify, in the students' perception, to what extent the practices of the administration course are aligned with the general and specific competences demanded by society, both in the organizational perspective and in the personal, political and social perspectives. This study covered several areas of administrative management: Finance, Production and Logistics, Human Resources and Marketing.
