ANÁLISE DO DESEMPENHO ECONÔMICO E FINANCEIRO DO MUNICÍPIO DE PARNAÍBA- PIAUÍ NO PERÍODO DE 2015 A 2018
O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar a situação financeira e econômica do município de Parnaíba – PI no período de 2015 a 2018 através da utilização de quocientes específicos para análise das Demonstrações Contábeis Aplicadas ao Setor Público. A análise foi realizada nas seguintes demonstrações: Balanço Orçamentário, Balanço Financeiro e Balanço Patrimonial. Esse estudo no que diz respeito ao processo metodológico se caracteriza quanto ao objetivo como uma pesquisa descritiva, já em relação às técnicas de elaboração pode-se classifica-lo como uma pesquisa documental, sendo que no que concerne à abordagem do tema, o trabalho se caracteriza como uma pesquisa de caráter qualitativa. Na análise dos resultados dos quocientes o município de Parnaíba apresentou bons resultados nos exercícios de 2015 a 2018, entretanto, deve-se atentar para o nível de arrecadação a fim de se evitar baixa execução das despesas fixadas no orçamento.

Abstract:
The objective of this article is to analyze the financial and economic situation of the municipality of Parnaíba - PI from 2015 to 2018, through the use of specific quotients to analyze the Financial Statements Applied to the Public Sector. The analysis was made in the following statements: Budget Balance Sheet, Financial Balance Sheet and Balance Sheet. Regarding the methodological process, this study is characterized, with respect to the objective, as a descriptive research, in relation to the techniques of elaboration can be classified as a documentary research, what concerns the approach of the subject, the work is a qualitative research. In the analysis of the results of the quotients, the municipality of Parnaíba presented good results in the years 2015 to 2018, however, the level of revenue in order to avoid low implementation of the expenses set out in the budget should be noted.
