ANÁLISE DO DESEMPENHO DO TRATAMENTO DE ÁGUAS RESIDUAIS INDUSTRIAIS EM LAGOAS DE ESTABILIZAÇÃO – ESTUDO DE CASO DE UMA AGROINDÚSTRIA
O objetivo deste é artigo é analisar a
remoção da carga orgânica de águas residuais
de uma agroindústria de extração de óleos
vegetais, por meio de lagoas de estabilização.
Para tanto, especificamente, apresenta e verifica
o funcionamento de duas lagoas de tratamento
em série, sendo uma do tipo anaeróbia e a outra
facultativa aerada. A pesquisa caracteriza-se
como um estudo de caso que faz uso de análise
laboratorial para avaliação do material coletado
e discussão dos resultados. Constata-se que
a água residual das lagoas de estabilização
analisadas, no caso específico estudado,
apresenta desempenho eficaz, apontando para
resultados superiores ao limite já especificado
na literatura.

Abstract:
The aim of this papers is to analyze
the removal of organic matter through the
performance of stabilization ponds of vegetable
oil extraction industry. For that specifically
it features and verify the operation of two
stabilization ponds built in series, one of them
an anaerobic type and the other a facultative
aerated type. The research is characterized as
a case study that use of laboratory analysis to
evaluate the collected material and discussion
of results. It appears that the residual water from
the stabilization ponds analyzed in this specific
case, presents an effective performance,
pointing to superior results than the limit already
specified in literature.
