ANÁLISE DO CUIDADO MULTIPROFISSIONAL COM IDOSOS RESIDENTES DE UMA INSTITUIÇÃO DE LONGA PERMANÊNCIA NA CAPITAL PARAENSE
O envelhecimento populacional e o aumento da sobrevida de pessoas com redução das capacidades física, cognitiva e mental modifica gradativamente o papel das instituições destinadas a esse cuidado, integrando-as à rede de assistência em saúde. As Instituições de Longa Permanência para Idosos (ILPIs) trabalham com Equipes Multiprofissionais (EM), as quais oferecem aos residentes moradias, alimentação, vestuário, serviços em saúde e a realização de atividades que promovem interatividade entre idosos. O objetivo do estudo é descrever e compreender como ocorre o cuidado multiprofissional com Idosos institucionalizados moradores de ILPIs. O estudo é de análise, observacional, descritivo, realizado a partir de quatro visitas ao local para recolhimento de dados pelos alunos do 2° ano no eixo temático de Atividade Integrada do curso de Fisioterapia. Com base na vivência, foi possível observar a importância do cuidado multiprofissional qualificado à população idosa, no qual a EM constituída por médicos, fisioterapeutas, cuidadores capacitados, terapeutas ocupacionais, dentre outros; objetiva o cuidado integral. Portanto, realizam-se algumas atividades, como caminhadas, rodas de dança, rodas de conversa, dentre outras de cunho lúdico-terapêutico que se destinam à manutenção das funcionalidades indispensáveis no envelhecimento. Esses fatores respeitam o grau de autonomia do idoso, a fim de executar uma assistência segura e com responsabilidade. Por fim, nota-se que é imprescindível o trabalho multiprofissional possibilitando um cuidado integral ao idoso, valorizando-o em seu aspecto multidimensional, o que inclui particularidades biopsicossociais para prevenir agravos inerentes ao envelhecimento.

Abstract:
The populational aging process and the increase in survival of people with decrease of the physical, cognitive and mental capacities gradually modifies the role of institutions destined to this care, integrating them to the health assistance network. The Long-Term Care Institutions for the Elderly (LTCIE) work with the Patient Care Team (PCT), which offer to the residents dwelling, feeding, clothing, health services and activities to promote interactivity between the elders. The objective of this study is to describe and comprehend how the multi-professional care with the institutionalized elderly residents in the LTCIE happen. This is an analysis, observational, descriptive study, performed based on four visits at the premise for data collection by the second-year academics in the Integrated Activity thematic axis of the Physiotherapy majoring. According to the experience, it was possible to observe the significance of qualified interdisciplinary care to the older population, in which the PCT consisted of doctors, physiotherapists, skilled caregivers, occupational therapists, etc.; aim the global care. Therefore, some activities take place, like walking, round dances, round of conversation, among other play therapeutic activities intended for the maintenance of the indispensable functionalities in aging. These factors respect the elder’s autonomy degree, in order to execute a safe and responsible assistance. Ultimately, it is noted that it is necessary the multi-professional work enabling a full care to the elderly, valuing them in their multidimensional aspect, which includes biopsychosocial particularities to prevent aging’s inherent grievances.
