ANÁLISE DO CONTEÚDO DOS SONHOS DURANTE O CICLO MENSTRUAL
O controle circadiano dos ritmos endócrinos está relacionado a atividades como o sono, podendo existir uma associação entre seu conteúdo e as fases do ciclo menstrual. Os níveis hormonais interferem nesse ciclo, que é um fenômeno biológico dividido nas fases menstrual, proliferativa, ovulatória e lútea. Assim, no presente estudo observacional de corte transversal, realizado no Centro universitário CESMAC, nos anos de 2017 e 2019, na cidade de Maceió-AL, cinquenta e seis sonhos foram coletados e avaliados nas quatro fases do ciclo menstrual de mulheres em idade fértil, com ciclo regular, excluindo-se as que usavam contraceptivos orais, psicotrópicos ou gestantes. O resultado foi que, em todas as fases do ciclo menstrual, a maioria dos sonhos ocorreu com indivíduos adultos e conhecidos. A fase proliferativa foi a única em que houve predominância de pessoas do sexo feminino. O diferencial na análise de cada fase foi a maior presença do sentimento de medo durante a fase menstrual, perseguição na proliferativa, conteúdo de relacionamento íntimo e excitação exclusivos na ovulatória, bem como sonhos envolvendo dano físico e destruição restritamente na lútea.

Abstract:
Circadian control of endocrine rhythms is related to activities such as sleep, and may have an association between the content of dreams and the phases of the menstrual cycle. Hormone levels interfere with this cycle, which is a biological phenomenon divided into the menstrual, proliferative, ovulatory, and luteal phases. Thus, the present study aims to analyze the relationship between the content of dreams and the phase of the menstrual cycle in which the woman. It is an observational cross-sectional study, carried out at the CESMAC University Center in the years 2017 and 2018, in the city of Maceió-AL. Fifty-six dreams were collected and evaluated in the four phases of the menstrual cycle of women of childbearing age, with a regular cycle, excluding those using oral contraceptives, psychotropic drugs or pregnant women. The result was that in all phases of the menstrual cycle most of the dreams were with adult and known Individuals. The proliferative phase was the only one in which there was a predominance of people of the female gender. The differential in the analysis of each phase was the greatest presence of the feeling of fear during the menstrual phase, persecution in the proliferative, content of intimate relationship and unique excitement of ovulatory, as well as dreams involving physical damage and destruction strictly in the luteal phase.
