ANÁLISE DO CONHECIMENTO DE ALUNOS DO CICLO BÁSICO DO CURSO DE MEDICINA DA UFS SOBRE SAÚDE REPRODUTIVA E SEXUAL
Diante do aumento do número de casos de Sífilis e HIV no estado, o objetivo deste estudo é avaliar o conhecimento em saúde reprodutiva e sexual dos estudantes de medicina do ciclo básico da Universidade Federal de Sergipe. Participaram da avaliação 30 estudantes através de perguntas objetivas aplicados através do Google Formulários sobre o tema, trazendo como resultado que 93,3% dos estudantes não sabiam a diferença entre HIV e AIDS, 53,3% já entendiam a relação entre epidemia e letalidade da AIDS, 26,7% desconheciam o conceito e a aplicabilidade da janela imunológica, 70% compreendiam a aplicação da PREP e do PEP, 56,7% não fizeram testes de HIV, Sífilis e Hepatite B e C e 50% dos indivíduos afirmaram que não sabiam qual o único local que atende casos de violência sexual na capital sergipana. Com isso, é perceptível que alguns conceitos que são abordados somente no ciclo clínico da UFS já eram conhecidos pelos participantes, garantindo um conhecimento teórico, apesar da deficiência prática de promoção em saúde.

Abstract:
In view of the increase in the number of cases of Syphilis and HIV in the state, the objective of this study is to measure the knowledge on reproductive and sexual health of medical students of the basic cycle of the Federal University of Sergipe. Thirty students participated in the evaluation through objective questions applied through Google Forms about the topic, with the result that 93.3% of the students did not know the difference between HIV and AIDS, 53.3% already understood the connexion between the epidemic and the lethality of AIDS, 26.7% were unaware of the concept and applicability of the immunological window, 70% understood the application of PREP and PEP, 56.7% did not take HIV, Syphilis and Hepatitis B and C tests and 50% of the individuals stated that they did not know the only place that handles cases of sexual violence in the capital of Sergipe. Thus, it is noticeable that some concepts that are only addressed in the clinical cycle of UFS were already known by the participants, guaranteeing theoretical knowledge, despite the practical deficiency of health promotion.
