ANÁLISE DE VIABILIDADE PARA SUBSTITUIÇÃO DE EQUIPAMENTOS EM UMA PROPRIEDADE RURAL PRODUTORA DE CAFÉ NO INTERIOR DE MINAS GERAIS
Responsável pela maior parte dos alimentos consumidos no país, a agricultura familiar recebe incentivos financeiros do Governo Federal através de programas voltados para a agricultura, com o intuito de fomentar o crescimento do setor e possibilitar que tenham condições para aumentar o volume produzido. Nesse sentido, o uso de métodos da gestão financeira auxilia o produtor rural a identificar o programa que melhor se encaixa nas condições que possui e que melhor atenderão suas necessidades. Diante disto o trabalho tem como objetivo demonstrar a análise da viabilidade financeira da aquisição de máquinas e implementos agrícolas para uma propriedade que possui como principal atividade a produção de café. O trabalho é composto primeiramente por uma fundamentação teórica que contém as definições de agricultura familiar e gestão financeira, seguida pela metodologia, a descrição do estudo de caso e por fim as considerações finais.

Abstract:
Responsible for most of the food consumed in the country, family agriculture receives financial incentives from the Federal Government through programs aimed at agriculture, with the purpose of fostering the growth of the sector and enabling them to be able to increase the volume produced. In this case, the use of financial management methods helps rural producers to identify the program that best fits the conditions they have and that will best meet their needs. The objective of this work is to demonstrate the analysis of the financial viability of the acquisition of agricultural machines and implements for a property whose main activity is coffee production. This work is composed of a theoretical foundation that contains the definitions of family agriculture and financial management, followed by the methodology, the description of the case and finally the final considerations.
