ANÁLISE DE RISCOS OCUPACIONAIS NA PRODUÇÃO DE MAÇÃ: UM ESTUDO DE UM SISTEMA PRODUTIVO DA SERRA CATARINENSE
Foram abordados os tratos culturais
e os riscos inerentes na atividade de produção
de maçãs. O objetivo foi identificar os agentes
causadores de doenças laborais na atividade,
levando em conta todo o processo produtivo
que envolve desde a pulverização, poda, raleio,
colheita até a disposição em embalagem para
entrega ao distribuidor. Foram feitas visitas a
campo para acompanhar o processo de cada
etapa e conhecer os valores empregados de
defensivos agrícolas, agregando extensão às
referências bibliográficas disponíveis. Verificase
e identificam-se riscos ambientais nas suas
diversas formas, sejam riscos químicos, físicos,
biológicos, de acidentes e ergonômicos. Os
agentes químicos vêm a ser o principal risco
a saúde do trabalhador na lavoura, estando
sujeito diretamente ao contato do produto e
dependendo da forma aplicada pode ampliar
o risco aos demais circunvizinhos. Os valores
apresentados alarma quanto a grandeza
associada a extensão das plantações na região
serrana e a forma de tratamento dos produtos
oferecidos no mercado.

Abstract:
Cultural practices were addressed
and the risks inherent in apple production
activity. The goal was to identify the causative
agents of occupational diseases in the activity,
taking into account the entire production
process that involves everything from spraying,
pruning, thinning, harvesting to the provision
in packaging for delivery to the distributor.

pesticides, adding extension to the references

risks in its various forms, whether chemical,
physical, biological, accidents and ergonomic.
Chemical agents come to be the main risk
the health of workers in agriculture, subject to
directly contact the product and depending on the applied form can increase the risk
to other surrounding. The values shown alarm as the magnitude associated with the
extension of the plantations in the mountainous region and the form of treatment of the
products offered on the market.
