ANÁLISE DE NOTIFICAÇÕES DE QUEIXA TÉCNICA E EVENTO ADVERSO DE MEDICAMENTOS E MATERIAL MÉDICO HOSPITALAR EM UM HOSPITAL SENTINELA
Os medicamentos são essenciais
por preservarem a vida, melhorarem a saúde
e a resolubilidade dos serviços de saúde,
isso graças às suas finalidades profilática,
curativa, paliativa ou de diagnóstico. Diante da
possibilidade de os produtos acarretarem danos
aos pacientes, tornou-se necessário monitorar
sua produção e uso, de forma a conhecer suas
características e planejar ações preventivas
para redução dos riscos. O trabalho objetivase a analisar os eventos adversos relacionados
a medicamentos e insumos e também queixas
técnicas notificadas em um hospital sentinela,
na cidade de Campina Grande-PB, que foram
notificados no ano de 2015. Trata-se de um
estudo de caráter documental, transversal e
retrospectivo, conduzido em um hospital de
médio porte, integrante da Rede de Hospitais
Sentinela da ANVISA desde 2002. Utilizaram-se
como fontes primárias fichas de notificação de
suspeita de reações adversas a medicamentos
e insumos, como também queixas técnicas
provenientes da farmacovigilância e
tecnovigilância. Das 71 notificações no ano
de 2015, 8,5% eram correspondentes aos
eventos adversos, e em relação às queixas
técnicas, 40,8% correspondente à área de
tecnovigilância e 50,7% correspondente a
área de farmacovigilância. O mês de abril
apresentou maior percentual de notificação
de evento adverso (50%). Já em relação às
queixas técnicas, o mês de julho apresentou
maior percentual de notificações (17,91%).
Os desvios de qualidade relacionados a
estrutura do material médico-hospitalar foram
os que apresentaram maior frequência de
notificação (69,5%). Conclui-se que o sistema
de notificações do Hospital Universitário
Alcides Carneiro é eficiente, possibilitando
monitoramento dos problemas acerca de
medicamentos e material médico-hospitalar.

Abstract:
Medicines are essential for preserving life, improving the health and
resilubility of health services, which are supported in their prophylactic, curative,
palliative or diagnostic purposes. Faced with the possibility of products causing
damages to patients, it was necessary monitoring their developed and use, in order to
preserve their characteristics and preventive measures to reduce risks. The objective
of this study is the analysis of adverse events related to drugs and supplies and also
technical complaints reported in a sentinel hospital in the city of Campina GrandePB, which were notified in the year 2015. It is a documentary, cross-sectional and
retrospective study carried out in a medium-sized hospital, a member of the ANVISA
Sentinel Hospitals Network since 2002. Insulin plugs for drug and drug suspensions
were used as primary sources, as well as technical complaints of pharmacovigilance
and technovigilance. Out ff the 71 new cases in the year 2015, 8.5% corresponded to
adverse events, and in relation to complaint techniques, 40.8% corresponded to the
area of technovigilance and 50.7% corresponded to a pharmacovigilance area. The
month of april presented the highest percentage of event notification (50%). But in
relation to technical complaints, the month of July had a higher percentage of grades
(17.91%). The related quality deviations related to structure of the medical-hospital
material was higher than the frequency of (69.5%). It is concluded that the system of
notifications of the University Hospital Alcides Carneiro is efficient, enabling monitoring
of the problems on medicines and medical-hospital material.
