ANÁLISE DE MODO E EFEITO DE FALHA PARA DESENVOLVIMENTO DE UMA PLANO DE MANUTENÇÃO PARA UM SISTEMA DE LIMPEZA E PINTURA EM EMPRESA DO SETOR AUTOMOTIVO.
Atualmente, as empresas pretendem otimizar sua produção, reduzindo gastos desnecessários, tempo perdido e aumentando a produção e confiabilidade dos produtos, sendo essa perda de produtividade decorrente, principalmente, de falhas no projeto e processo de produção. Diante disso, urge a realização da manutenção, e este artigo irá desenvolver um estudo de caso com aplicação do FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) para desenvolvimento de um plano de manutenção sobre um sistema de pintura em uma empresa do setor automotivo, com o objetivo de reduzir a ocorrência de falhas e aumentar a confiabilidade do processo. Para isso foi realizada uma revisão da literatura, conceituando a evolução da manutenção e do FMEA, uma identificação e caracterização da empresa e do processo com análise do histórico de falhas e por fim, a construção do formulário FMEA.

Abstract:
Currently, companies intend to optimize their production, reducing unnecessary expenses, wasted time and increasing the production and reliability of products, with this loss of productivity mainly due to failures in the design and production process. Therefore, maintenance is urgently needed, and this article will develop a case study with the application of FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) to develop a maintenance plan for a painting system in a company in the automotive sector, with the objective to reduce the occurrence of failures and increase the reliability of the process. For this, a literature review was carried out, conceptualizing the evolution of maintenance and the FMEA, an identification and characterization of the company and the process with an analysis of the history of failures and, finally, the construction of the FMEA form.
