ANÁLISE DE MELHORIA EM ARRANJO FÍSICO ATRAVÉS DE MUDANÇA EM LAYOUT E REDUÇÃO DE DESPERDÍCIO DE MOVIMENTO NO SETOR DA QUALIDADE EM FÁBRICA DE ELETRÔNICOS NO PIM
Na área de eletrônicos, cujas vendas vêm aumentando a cada ano, destacam-se os televisores, um dos produtos de maior valor no mercado, cada vez mais modernos, para gerar uma melhor definição de imagem e satisfação do cliente final. Assim, a qualidade para a saída do produto acabado tem se tornado mais rigorosa. Dado a isso, o espaço físico de trabalho, ou layout, procura atender a necessidade de eficiência no ambiente de trabalho para o fluxo de materiais, produtos e informações dentro das instalações para dar criação a um determinado fluxo produtivo. Com o objetivo de realizar testes em massa do produto acabado, o sistema OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) da empresa construiu sua própria linha produtiva para garantir a quantidade esperada de testes dos produtos fabricados .Após análise de ambientação, notou-se que o arranjo físico possui uma oportunidade de melhoria, aplicando-se o arranjo físico adequado, e introduzindo os novos processos para mitigar o movimento desnecessário, com as melhorias implantadas a capacidade produtiva subiu de 70% para 80% dos testes realizados, isso causa um impacto maior dado que a linha de inspeção em massa é responsável por cerca de 4% da quantidade inspecionada de toda a produção diária feita. Nota-se também pequenos ajustes com relação a introdução do Lean Manufacturing é uma aplicação prática do 5s tornando o ambiente adequado, com uma melhoria em higiene e segurança no trabalho e aumento relativo da produtividade. Evitar ao máximo os desperdícios requer um aprofundamento nesta filosofia e um enraizamento na cultura trabalhista da equipe, para que todos entendam a sua importância e assim possam efetivar seu trabalho sem necessidade de monitoramento intensivo, afinal uma filosofia para se tornar parte da empresa aliada a uma estrutura de arranjo físico preparada para o processo e sem os gargalos além do esperado precisa dos colaboradores para que o gerenciamento dessas ferramentas tenha resultado positivo.

Abstract:
In the area of electronics, whose sales have been increasing every year, televisions stand out as one of the most valuable products on the market, increasingly modern, to generate better image definition and satisfaction of the end customer. Thus, the quality for the output of the finished product has become more rigorous. Given this, the physical workspace, or layout, seeks to meet the need for efficiency in the work environment for the flow of materials, products, and information within the facility to create a given production flow. In order to perform mass tests of the finished product, the company's OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) system built its own production line to ensure the expected amount of tests of the manufactured products. After the environmental analysis, it was noticed that the physical arrangement has an opportunity for improvement, applying the appropriate physical arrangement, and introducing the new processes to mitigate unnecessary movement, with the implemented improvements the productive capacity rose from 70% to 80% of the tests performed, this causes a greater impact given that the mass inspection line is responsible for about 4% of the quantity inspected of all daily production done. Small adjustments can also be noticed regarding the introduction of Lean Manufacturing and a practical application of 5s making the environment suitable, with an improvement in hygiene and safety at work and a relative increase in productivity. Avoiding the maximum waste requires a deepening in this philosophy and a rooting in the team's work culture, so that everyone understands its importance and thus can perform their work without the need for intensive monitoring, after all a philosophy to become part of the company allied to a structure of physical arrangement prepared for the process and without the bottlenecks beyond the expected needs employees so that the management of these tools has a positive result.
