ANÁLISE DE GÊNERO E AUTONOMIA FINANCEIRA NA AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR: Um enfoque no Programa “Gênero e Geração”
A agricultura familiar é de extrema
importância para economia do país, sendo
responsável por aproximadamente 74% da
mão de obra empregada no campo. As relações
sociais e de produção presentes na agricultura
familiar apresentam contextos peculiares aos
demais modelos, uma destas peculiaridades
se refere à participação da mulher, e a falta de
conhecimento a respeito da magnitude da sua
parcela de contribuição no estabelecimento,
dificultando assim a realização ou implementação
de políticas públicas que objetivem a igualdade
de gênero no meio rural. Fato que justifica
a necessidade da pesquisa e de estudos
sobre o tema. Assim, a presente pesquisa
aborda a realidade das mulheres agricultoras,
contrastando com a realidade de mulheres
que participam de um programa que objetiva
a maior participação da mulher nos processos
de decisão e gestão dos estabelecimentos
familiares – Programa “Gênero e Geração” da
Cooperativa Cresol. O Objetivo da proposta
é identificar a importância da agricultora
dentro do estabelecimento familiar, e a visão
que a mulher possui de si mesma dentro do
estabelecimento. Os resultados evidenciaram
respostas, em sua maioria, condizentes com
as hipóteses levantadas, a divisão das funções
dentro do estabelecimento apresenta um viés
de gênero, existe uma alienação da mulher nas
decisões financeiras do estabelecimento. Não
se verificou, no entanto, uma diferença relevante
nas respostas das mulheres que participam
do programa em comparação com as demais,
embora a grande maioria delas afirme que
verificou mudanças, tanto na autoestima como
financeiras em suas vidas, após a participação
do programa.

Abstract:
Family farming is extremely
important for the country’s economy being
responsible for 74% of the workforce employed
in the field. The relations of production and
social relations present in family agriculture
have specific contexts to other models of these
peculiarities as regards the participation of
women, and little is known about the dimension
of their contribution portion of the property, hindering the realization or implementation
of public policies that aim at gender equality in rural areas. This evidence suggests the
need for research and studies on the topic. Thus this research addresses the reality
of rural women, in contrast to the reality of women who participate in a program which
aims the greater participation of women in decision-making and management of family
farms - Program “Gender and Generation” of Cresol Cooperative. - The objective of
the proposal is to identify the importance of the woman within the rural family setting,
and the view that a woman has of herself inside the establishment. The results showed
responses consistent with the hypothesis made in the beginning, the division of functions
have a gender bias within the establishment, there is a alienation of the woman in
the economic decisions in the establishment; is not seen, however, difference in the
responses of women who participate in the program compared to the others, although
the vast majority of them claim that have found changes in their self esteem in their
financial lives after the program participation.
