ANÁLISE DE CUSTO E PERFIL EPIDEMIOLÓGICO DO USO DE TRASTUZUMABE EM UM HOSPITAL UNIVERSITÁRIO DE PERNAMBUCO
Câncer de mama é o segundo tipo de câncer mais frequente no mundo, e cerca de 20% das pacientes acometidas são do tipo HER-2+ (Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor-2). Este tipo, o mais agressivo, caracteriza-se por apresentar células com número anormal do gene HER-2, que é fundamental para ativação de vias de sinalização associadas à proliferação e diferenciação celular. Um dos tratamentos possíveis é o uso do anticorpo monoclonal Trastuzumabe, um bloqueador do receptor HER-2, que age inativando sua superexpressão. O setor de Farmácia do Hospital das Clínicas, da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (HC-UFPE), é o responsável pelo repasse desse medicamento que é utilizado como monoterapia ou terapia adjuvante no tratamento desse tipo de câncer de mama. Assim sendo, o objetivo deste trabalho é analisar o perfil das pacientes com câncer de mama que receberam como tratamento Trastuzumabe, e avaliar o impacto financeiro desta farmacoterapia. Trata-se de um estudo retrospectivo, com uma abordagem quantitativa, de cunho experimental-social. Os dados foram coletados em formulários de dispensação interna, no HC-UFPE, correspondente ao ano de 2017. Espera-se que as análises dos resultados possam gerar melhorias, melhor planejamento do tratamento e investimentos na terapia das pacientes.

Abstract:
Breast cancer is the second most frequent type of cancer in the world, and about 20% of the affected patients are type her-2+ (Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor-2). This type, the most aggressive, is characterized by presenting cells with abnormal number of the gene her-2, which is fundamental for activation of signaling pathways associated with cell proliferation and differentiation. One of the possible treatments is the use of the monoclonal antibody Trastuzumabe, a blocker of the receptor her-2, which acts inactivating its overexpression. The pharmacy sector of the Hospital das Clínicas, Federal University of Pernambuco (HC-UFPE), is responsible for the transfer of this medicine that is used as monotherapy or adjuvant therapy in the treatment of this type of breast cancer. Thus, the objective of this study is to analyze the profile of patients with breast cancer who received trastuzumab treatment, and to evaluate the financial impact of this pharmacotherapy. This is a retrospective study, with a quantitative approach, with an experimental-social nature. The data will be collected in forms of internal dispensation, in the HC-UFPE, corresponding to the year 2017. It is hoped that the analysis of the results can generate improvements, better treatment planning and investments in the therapy of patients.
