ANÁLISE DE COMPLETUDE NAS FICHAS DE NOTIFICAÇÃO DA SÍNDROME DA IMUNODEFICIÊNCIA ADQUIRIDA (AIDS), NO MUNICÍPIO DE PETROLINA – PE, DE 2012 A 2016.
Segundo a Organização das
Nações Unidas (ONU) a AIDS (síndrome da
imunodeficiência adquirida) continua sendo
um dos maiores desafios da saúde mundial.
Até o ano de 2012, 35 milhões de pessoas já
havia morrido em consequência desta doença.
O presente trabalho teve como objetivo
analisar a completude dos dados das fichas de
notificação de adultos com AIDS registradas
no SINAN, no período entre 2012 a 2016, no
município de Petrolina (PE). Trata-se de um
estudo avaliativo, descritivo, retrospectivo, com
dados secundários das fichas de notificação
dos casos de AIDS em adultos, residentes no
município de Petrolina-PE, no período de 2012
a 2016. A coleta dos dados foi feita na base
municipal do Sistema de Informação de Agravos
de Notificação (SINAN), no ano de 2017, por
pesquisadores vinculados ao Programa de PósGraduação Ciências da Saúde e Biológicas da
Universidade Federal do Vale do São Francisco
(UNIVASF). As variáveis foram os campos
essenciais e de preenchimento obrigatório, das
fichas de notificação de AIDS. No período de
2012 a 2016, foram confirmados 420 casos de
AIDS em residentes do município de Petrolina.
Foram analisadas 25 variáveis. A maior parte das
variáveis estudadas se enquadraram na Categoria 4,
com 75,1% a 100% de completude O estudo mostrou
falhas importantes no preenchimento das
principais variáveis da Ficha de Notificação de
AIDS, evidenciando sua insuficiência em atuar
como um Sistema de Informação em Saúde.
Faz-se necessário, portanto, o incentivo à
educação permanente dos profissionais de
saúde em todos os níveis de atenção e atuação.

Abstract:
According to the United Nations
(UN) AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency
Syndrome) continues to be one of the greatest
challenges of global health. By the year 2012, 35 million people had already died as a
result of this disease. The present study had the objective of analyzing the completeness
of the data of the records of notification of adults with AIDS registered in SINAN, in
the period between 2012 to 2016, in the city of Petrolina (PE). This is an evaluative,
descriptive, retrospective study with secondary data from the records of AIDS cases
in adults residing in the municipality of Petrolina-PE, from 2012 to 2016. The data
collection was done at the municipal base (SINAN), in 2017, by researchers linked to
the Health Sciences and Biological Sciences Postgraduate Program of the Federal
University of the São Francisco Valley (UNIVASF). The variables were the essential and
mandatory fields of the AIDS notification forms. In the period from 2012 to 2016, 420
AIDS cases were confirmed in residents of the municipality of Petrolina. We analyzed
25 variables. Most of the variables studied fell within Category 4, with 75.1% to 100%
of completeness. The study showed important flaws in filling the main variables of the
AIDS Notification Form, evidencing its insufficiency in acting as an Information System
in Health. It is therefore necessary to encourage the permanent education of health
professionals at all levels of attention and performance.
