ANÁLISE DE ATIVIDADES LOGÍSTICAS: ESTUDO DE CASO EM UMA EMPRESA DO SETOR ALIMENTÍCIO DO NOROESTE PARANAENSE
O presente estudo objetivou
atuar com operações do sistema logístico de
uma empresa produtora de batata tipo chips
localizada na região noroeste do Paraná,
a fim de fundamentar o funcionamento das
atividades logísticas primárias (Transportes,
Manutenção de Estoques e Processamento de
Pedidos) e Apoio (Armazenagem, Manuseio
de Materiais, Embalagem de Proteção,
Obtenção/Suprimentos e Programação da
Produção). Assim ao longo deste contexto,
será discutida definições de logística e suas
relativas atividades primárias e apoio. Como
metodologia, a presente pesquisa utilizou o
método qualitativo a fim de analisar o processo
de trabalho da empresa, com coleta de dados
e técnicas exploratórias e descritivas bem
como observações diretas intensivas sob o
perfil administrativo da empresa. Os resultados
obtidos especialmente pela aplicação do
método proposto foram possíveis identificar
alguns aspectos de grande importância do setor
estudado, remetentes às atividades primárias
e apoio, o qual se observou que a empresa
possui uma organização logística eficiente.
Entretanto, sugestões foram recomendadas a
fim de melhorar a otimização e gerenciamento
logístico na empresa, por meio de investimentos
em tecnologia da informação para melhoria
contínua do atendimento de seus clientes e
fornecedores.

Abstract:
The present study aimed to
operate with the logistic system operations of
a chip-type potato-producing company located
in the northwestern region of Paraná, in order
to support the operation of the primary logistics
activities (Transportation, Stockpile Maintenance
and Order Processing) and Support , Material
Handling, Protective Packaging, Procurement/
Procurement and Production Scheduling). Thus
along this context, we will discuss definitions of Logistics and their relative primary activities and support. As a methodology, the present
research used the qualitative method to analyze the work process of the company,
with data collection and exploratory and descriptive techniques as well as intensive
direct observations under the company ‘s administrative profile. The results obtained
especially by the application of the proposed method were possible to identify some
aspects of great importance of the studied sector, senders to the primary activities and
support, which was observed that the company has an efficient logistics organization.
Meanwhile, suggestions were recommended in order to improve optimization and
logistics management in the company, through investments in information technology
to continuously improve the service of its customers and suppliers.
