ANÁLISE DAS MEDIDAS SOCIOEDUCATIVAS APLICADAS PELA FUNDAÇÃO CASA À LUZ DA TEORIA DE WINNICOTT
A pesquisa tem como objetivo a análise das Normas Socioeducativas aplicadas pela instituição Fundação Centro de Atendimento Socioeducativo ao Adolescente, popularmente conhecida como Fundação CASA. Para tanto, contar-se-á com uma varredura bibliográfica, tendo como alicerce as medidas impostas aos menores infratores, em seu capítulo IV, que trata da internação, contidas no Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente. Neste sentido, será investigado conceitos que darão suporte teórico à pesquisa, conforme se segue: 1. O conceito de Privação, adotado por Donald Wood Winnicott, numa tentativa de se justificar pela psicanálise as condutas antissociais e a figura da identidade delinquente; 2. A delinquência, também adotado pelo mesmo autor, no intuito de identificar os processos de (re)constituição do sujeito que se (re)constrói diante das muralhas; e 3. A ressocialilzação proposta pela instituição através do ordenamento jurídico do ECA. Por fim, seguir-se-á uma breve análise das normas aplicadas por esta instituição, observando-se como cada artigo se comporta diante da ausência de uma figura do eixo familiar que suporte a identidade do menor infrator e como as especificidades destas normas não são sustentadas pelo menor em virtude das relações de poder atribuídas pela figura do Estado.

Abstract:
The research aims to analyze the Socio-Educational Norms applied by the institution Fundação Centro de Atendimento Socio-educativo ao Adolescent, popularly known as Fundação CASA. For that, there will be a bibliographic review, based on the measures imposed on minor offenders, in chapter IV, which deals with hospitalization, contained in the Statute of Children and Adolescents. In this sense, concepts that will theoretically support the research will be investigated, as follows: 1. The concept of Deprivation, adopted by Donald Wood Winnicott, in an attempt to justify antisocial behavior and the figure of delinquent identity through psychoanalysis; 2. Delinquency, also adopted by the same author, in order to identify the processes of (re)constitution of the subject who (re)constructs himself in front of the walls; and 3. The resocialization proposed by the institution through the legal system of the ECA. Finally, there will be a brief analysis of the rules applied by this institution, observing how each article behaves in the absence of a family axis figure that supports the identity of the minor offender and how the specificities of these rules are not supported by the minor by virtue of the power relations attributed by the figure of the State.
