ANÁLISE DA UTILIZAÇÃO DA ESCALA COM FATORES PREDITIVOS PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO DE COMPLICAÇÕES E AÇÕES DE CUIDADOS PARA ADULTOS E IDOSOS COM HIPERTENSÃO ARTERIAL
Estudo o qual objetiva comparar
a classificação de risco de DCNT, segundo
a aplicação de uma escala elaborada pelo
Ministério da Saúde com a Escala de Ulbrich e
Mantovani, bem como avaliar o efeito que esta
produz. A Metodologia utilizada é de caráter
quantitativo, descritivo. A amostra teve como
composição, 41 participantes, dos quais 4,9%
apresentem baixo risco e 51,2% para alto risco
referente às complicações da Hipertensão
Arterial Sistêmica, segundo classificação pela
escala do Ministério da Saúde, sendo que
43,9% são de Baixo Risco e 14,6% para Alto
Risco, na estratificação pela Escala de Ulbrich
e Mantovani. A Escala de Ulbrich e Mantovani
considera parâmetros que comtemplam as
necessidades dos sujeitos portadores de
DCNT, caracterizando o perfil de risco destes
sujeitos para o planejamento das ações no
gerenciamento do cuidado, para garantir maior
resolutividade da conduta terapêutica.

Abstract:
This study aims to compare the
risk classification of NCDs, according to the application of a scale prepared by the
Ministry of Health with the Ulbrich and Mantovani Scale, as well as to evaluate the effect
it produces. The methodology used is quantitative, descriptive. The sample consisted
of 41 participants, of which 4.9% presented low risk and 51.2% for high risk referring
to complications of systemic arterial hypertension, according to the classification by
the Ministry of Health scale, and 43.9% are Low Risk and 14.6% for High Risk, in the
stratification by the Ulbrich and Mantovani Scale. The Ulbrich and Mantovani Scale
considers parameters that reflect the needs of the subjects with NCDs, characterizing
the risk profile of these subjects for the planning of care management actions, to ensure
greater resolution of the therapeutic conduct.
