ANÁLISE DA SITUAÇÃO AMBIENTAL: UM ESTUDO DE CASO DO CONJUNTO HABITACIONAL GRAMORÉ DA CIDADE DE NATAL – RN
O presente trabalho consiste em um estudo ambiental do conjunto habitacional Gramoré, área de interesse social inserida no bairro Lagoa Azul, localizado na zona administrativa Norte do município de Natal – RN. A área verde no ambiente urbano é de suma importância, pois desempenha papel fundamental na sensação de comodidade, influenciando diretamente a qualidade de vida, pois age no armazenamento de CO2, e absorção da radiação solar. Nesse estudo, é feita a triagem das normas ambientais aplicáveis na localidade supracitada para estabelecer os paradigmas ambientais e proceder com a análise comparativa entre os parâmetros planejados e a realidade fática do que foi executado, tangendo os seguintes aspectos: percentual mínimo espacial a ser reservado para as áreas verdes e a conservação de Zonas de Proteção Ambiental - ZPA. Assim, além de identificar as desconformidades e os seus respectivos fatores propulsores, apresentar-se-ão as medidas cabíveis para as devidas adequações. O presente diagnostico é desenvolvido sob o aparato das Convenções Cartográficas para alcançar os parâmetros que foram estabelecidos no planejamento do conjunto, fornecidas pela Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente e Urbanismo (SEMURB), e do mapa digital de apresentação tridimensional do globo terrestre, através de imagens capturadas por satélites e processadas no software GOOGLE EARTH PRO, para verificar a situação atual. Nos resultados obtidos, é deflagrado o descaso ambiental típico dos conjuntos habitados predominantemente pelas classes desvalidas, o que se deve tanto pela ocupação desordenada da população quanto pela ausência de políticas públicas habitacionais e ambientais das autoridades competentes. Para um desenvolvimento sustentável dessas regiões, é necessário que os diversos integrantes, poder público e população, se alinhem aos princípios da sustentabilidade ambiental, definindo assim uma estratégia de preservação das áreas.

Abstract:
The present work consists of an environmental study of the Gramoré housing complex, an area of social interest inserted in the Lagoa Azul neighborhood, located in the northern administrative area of the municipality of Natal - RN. The green area in the urban environment is of paramount importance, as it plays a fundamental role in the feeling of comfort, directly influencing the quality of life, as it acts on the storage of CO2, and absorption of solar radiation. In this study, the environmental standards applicable in the aforementioned location are screened to establish the environmental paradigms and proceed with the comparative analysis between the planned parameters and the factual reality of what was performed, covering the following aspects: minimum spatial percentage to be reserved for green areas and the conservation of Environmental Protection Zones - ZPA. Thus, in addition to identifying the nonconformities and their respective driving factors, the appropriate measures will be presented for the appropriate adjustments. The present diagnosis is developed under the apparatus of Cartographic Conventions to reach the parameters that were established in the planning of the set, provided by the Municipal Secretariat of Environment and Urbanism (SEMURB), and the digital map of three-dimensional presentation of the terrestrial globe, through images captured by satellites and processed in the GOOGLE EARTH PRO software, to check the current situation. In the results obtained, the typical environmental neglect of groups inhabited predominantly by the underprivileged classes is triggered, which is due both to the disorderly occupation of the population and the absence of public housing and environmental policies by the competent authorities. For the sustainable development of these regions, it is necessary that the various members, public authorities and population, align themselves with the principles of environmental sustainability, thus defining a strategy for the preservation of the areas.
