ANÁLISE DA REPROVAÇÃO DE ESTUDANTES DOS CURSOS TÉCNICOS INTEGRADOS AO ENSINO MÉDIO DE UMA INSTITUIÇÃO DE ENSINO DO INTERIOR DE GOIÁS
O presente trabalho teve como
objetivo analisar os dados referentes a taxa de
rendimento a partir dos dados de reprovação dos
estudantes das três séries dos Cursos Técnicos
Integrados ao Ensino Médio do Instituto Federal
Goiano – Campus Urutaí, nos anos de 2013 a
2015. Os dados foram recolhidos na secretaria
da instituição para realização de uma análise
quantitativa com base nos dados divulgados
pelo Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas
Educacionais Anísio Teixeira (INEP). Ao
avaliarmos os resultados obtidos com os dados
divulgados pelo INEP referentes à reprovação
dos estudantes do Ensino Médio no estado
de Goiás e no Brasil, para o mesmo período,
tem-se no geral, que a taxa de reprovação dos
alunos do IF encontram-se superiores às médias
estadual e nacional. No entanto, destacamos
que os resultados aqui encontrados podem
estar associados à quantidade de disciplinas
que alunos de IF’s possuem, pois ofertam cursos
profissionalizantes que apresentam disciplinas
do núcleo comum e as disciplinas técnicas.
Desse modo, a quantidade de disciplinas que
estudantes do EM dessas instituições cursam
é praticamente o dobro de disciplinas de alunos
do EM regular, contribuindo em muitos casos,
para o baixo rendimento dos estudantes. Nesse
sentido, faz-se necessário encontrar alternativas
que possam auxiliar a aprendizagem dos alunos
contribuindo com o aumento do rendimento
escolar dos discentes, consequentemente,
diminuindo os índices de reprovação.

Abstract:
The present work had the objective
of analyzing the data referring to the rate of yield
from the data of reprobation of the students of
the three series of Integrated Technical Courses
to High School of the Federal Goiano Institute -
Campus Urutaí, from 2013 to 2015. Data were
collected at the institution’s secretariat for a
quantitative analysis based on data released by the National Institute of Educational
Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (INEP). When evaluating the results obtained
with the data published by INEP regarding the disapproval of high school students in
the state of Goias and Brazil, for the same period, it is generally seen that the failure
rate of the students of the FI are found higher than the state and national averages.
However, we emphasize that the results found here can be associated with the number
of subjects that IF students have, since they offer professional courses that present
common core subjects and technical subjects. Thus, the number of subjects that high
school students at these institutions attend is practically double the number of subjects
of regular high school students, contributing in many cases to low student achievement.
In this sense, it is necessary to find alternatives that can help the learning of the
students contributing with the increase of the scholastic performance of the students,
consequently, decreasing the indices of disapproval.
