ANÁLISE DA QUALIDADE DO CETOPROFENO EQUIPARADO AO MEDICAMENTO DE REFERÊNCIA COMERCIALIZADO EM FARMÁCIAS MAGISTRAIS NA CIDADE DE CARUARU.
O Cetoprofeno é um fármaco da
classe dos anti-inflamatórios não-esteróides
com propriedades anti-inflamatória, antitérmica,
e analgésica, suas cápsulas são amplamente
utilizadas para tratamento de inflamação
e dores gerais e oriundas de problemas
reumáticos e traumáticos. A RDC 67/2007 dita
os regulamentos técnicos mínimos necessários
para o funcionamento das atividades de
manipulação de preparações magistrais
desde suas instalações, compra e controle da
matéria-prima, armazenamento, manipulação,
e dispensação das preparações, tudo isso para
garantir a qualidade, segurança, efetividade
além do uso seguro e racional, sabendo disso,
o presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar
cápsulas de Cetoprofeno feitas em quatro
farmácias magistrais da cidade de Caruaru-
PE denominadas A, B, C e D de forma a
comparar com o seu respectivo medicamento
de referência PROFENID, dessa forma, foi
feito no laboratório de ciências farmacêuticas
da Unifavip Wyden testes de peso médio
para análise da conformidade dos conteúdos,
desintegração para analisar o tempo que
as cápsulas se desintegram por completo,
dissolução para analisar a quantidade de
princípio ativo liberado no meio de dissolução
em 45 minutos, microbiológico para observar se
houve crescimento em placas com meio Ágar
Nutriente e pH para análise dos valores. Os
resultados obtidos mostraram que as cápsulas
oriundas das farmácias A, B, e D estiveram dentro
dos valores estabelecidos para todos os testes
enquanto as cápsulas obtidas da farmácia C não
atingiram os valores estabelecidos nos testes
de peso médio tendo mais de duas cápsulas
fora dos limites e desvio padrão relativo á cima
de 4% nas três pesagens, e dissolução tendo
uma média de 77,8% não atingindo o mínimo
aceitável de 80% em 45 minutos.

Abstract:
Ketoprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with antiinflammatory,
antipyretic, and analgesic properties, its capsules are widely used for
the treatment of inflammation and general pain arising from rheumatic and traumatic
problems. RDC 67/2007 dictates the minimum technical regulations required for
the operation of master preparation handling activities from its premises, purchase
and control of raw materials, storage, handling, and dispensing of preparations, all
to ensure quality, safety and security. , effectiveness beyond safe and rational use,
knowing this, the present study aimed to analyze ketoprofen capsules made in four
pharmacies of the city of Caruaru-PE called A, B, C and D in order to compare with their
