ANÁLISE DA PRODUÇÃO DO CONHECIMENTO SOBRE DIAGNÓSTICO E TRATAMENTO DA ENXAQUECA NA EMERGÊNCIA
Objetivo: analisar a produção do conhecimento sobre o diagnóstico e tratamento da enxaqueca na literatura científica nacional e internacional. Método: Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica realizada de agosto a setembro de 2021 na Scientific Eletronic Library Online, Literatura Latino Americana e do Caribe em Ciências Sociais e da Saúde, Centro Latino-Americano e do Caribe de Informações em Ciências da Saúde e Periódicos Eletrônicos em Psicologia. Para a busca, utilizaram-se as seguintes palavras-chave: enxaqueca AND sinais e sintomas AND tratamento; e, na segunda busca, migrânea AND sinais e sintomas AND tratamento. Além disso, foram consultados livros e documentos legais. Incluíram artigos publicados no período de 2016 a 2021, em língua portuguesa (Brasil), língua inglesa (Estados Unidos) e língua espanhola (Espanha) disponíveis online e na íntegra. Excluíram-se aqueles sem relação direta com o tema. Resultados: Ao todo foram encontrados 266 e selecionados 20 artigos: Scielo (0); Lilacs (2); Bireme (18). Conclusão: Em base do conhecimento sobre o diagnóstico e tratamento da enxaqueca na emergência, foi realizado uma pesquisa sistematizada. A enxaqueca ou migrânea é a doença que mais acomete a população do mundo todo. O não diagnóstico e o tratamento correto leva o paciente a não ter uma vida satisfatória. O tratamento é dado após a avaliação médica vinda de exames. A maior causa do agravamento dos sintomas desta doença é acometida pelo o diagnóstico errado. Ou por pacientes que alto se medicam causando outros efeitos colaterais. É importante que haja incentivos para os pacientes, para que os mesmos possam se sentir encorajados a identificar a doença.

Abstract:
Objective: to analyze the production of knowledge about the diagnosis and treatment of migraine in the national and international scientific literature. Method: This is a bibliographic review conducted from August to September 2021 at the Scientific Electronic Library Online, Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Social and Health Sciences, Latin American and Caribbean Center for Information on Health Sciences and Electronic Journals in Psychology. For the search, the following keywords were used: migraine AND emergency AND treatment; and, in the second search, migraine AND emergency AND diagnosis. In addition, books and legal documents were consulted. They included articles published from 2016 to 2021, in Portuguese (Brazil), English language (United States), and Spanish language (Spain) available online and in full. Those without direct relation to the theme were excluded.
Results: All of 266 were found and 20 articles were selected: Scielo (0); Lilacs (2); Bireme (18). Conclusion: Based on the knowledge about the diagnosis and treatment of migraine in the emergency, a systematic research was carried out. Migraine or migraine is the disease that most affects the population of the world. The non-diagnosis and the correct treatment lead the patient not to have a satisfactory life. The treatment is given after the medical evaluation coming from exams. The major cause of the worsening symptoms of this disease is affected by the wrong diagnosis. Or by patients who are overmedicated, causing other side effects. It is important that there are incentives for patients, so that they may feel encouraged to identify the disease.
