ANÁLISE DA PARTICIPAÇÃO DA MULHER NA AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR NO MUNICÍPIO DE CAPITÃO POÇO/PA
A agricultura familiar tem dinâmica
e características distintas em comparação à
agricultura não familiar, tendo em vista que a
gestão da propriedade é compartilhada pela
família e a atividade produtiva agropecuária
é a principal fonte geradora de renda.
Objetivo do presente trabalho é avaliar e
caracterizar a participação da mulher no
contexto da agricultura familiar. O estudo
optou-se por utilizar a pesquisa qualitativa de
cunho descritivo. Os questionamentos foram
direcionados na realidade econômica e social
das agricultoras famialiares do município de
Capitão Poço se encontram. As perguntas
tiveram por base a realidade econômica e
social em que os trabalhadores rurais do
município se encontravam. Para a coleta de
dados, foi elaborado um questionário com oito
perguntas, sendo quatro direcionadas para a
participação da mulher nas atividades agrícolas
e quais práticas sustentáveis adotadas e
as outras restantes focando na extensão/
assistência técnica do município. A partir dos
questionamentos, observou que no quesito
sustentabilidade e práticas agroecológicas,
as mulheres são as grandes incentivadoras,
e que as famílias já desempenham algumas
práticas sustentáveis, passadas de geração em
geração; outro questionamento foi em relação
à relevância das mulheres nas atividades
agrícolas, em que as mesmas não se sentem
valorizadas perante os homens. E por fim realizou-se o questionamento sobre a
assistência técnica ineficiente, que não supri as necessidades dos agricultores
familiares, além de tratarem as mulheres como irrelevantes neste processo (diálogo e
assistência).

Abstract:
Family farming has different dynamics and characteristics compared to
non-family agriculture, since the management of the property is shared by the family
and the productive activity of agriculture and livestock is the main source of income.
The objective of the present study is to evaluate and characterize the participation of
women in the context of family farming. The study chose to use qualitative descriptive
research. The questions were addressed in the economic and social reality of the
famialiariaras of the municipality of Captain Poço meet. The questions were based on
the economic and social reality in which the rural workers of the municipality met. For
data collection, a questionnaire was elaborated with eight questions, four of which were
directed to the participation of women in agricultural activities and what sustainable
practices were adopted and the remaining ones focusing on the extension / technical
assistance of the municipality. Based on the questions, she noted that in the question
of sustainability and agroecological practices, women are the great incentive, and that
families already perform some sustainable practices, passed down from generation
to generation; another question was related to the relevance of women in agricultural
activities, where they do not feel valued before men. Finally, the question was raised
about inefficient technical assistance, which did not meet the needs of family farmers,
and treated women as irrelevant in this process (dialogue and assistance).
