ANÁLISE DA OCORRÊNCIA DE EVENTOS ADVERSOS PÓS-VACINAÇÃO – ATUAÇÃO DO ENFERMEIRO
Esse trabalho analisou a ocorrência de EAPV dos imunobiológicos disponíveis no calendário nacional de vacinação, assim como a relação da prevalência e incidência desses eventos, permitindo uma avaliação mais minuciosa dos eventos que podem surgir e o preparo e aperfeiçoamento do profissional para o atendimento voltado aos eventos adversos apresentados. Trata-se de uma revisão de literatura dissertativa para embasamento teórico que utilizou uma coleta de informações e análises obtidas através de dados provenientes do Sistema de Informações do Programa Nacional de Imunização, Ministério da Saúde, Departamento de Informática do SUS, Manual de evento adverso pós-vacinação e busca de artigos científicos realizada na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde com as palavras-chaves: eventos adversos; vacinação e enfermagem. Devido ao aumento da variedade de imunobiológicos disponibilizados no calendário oficial brasileiro e ao elevado número de doses administradas pelas diferentes vacinas, a ocorrência de Evento Adverso Pós Vacinação (EAPV), torna-se cada vez mais prevalente. Por isso, o enfermeiro deve ter conhecimento sobre os imunobiológicos e sobre os possíveis eventos ocasionados, a fim de coordenar a equipe de enfermagem sobre as ações necessárias, essencialmente diante de qualquer evento adverso. Conclui-se que os EAPV podem ocorrer por diversos motivos, sejam eles por erro humano, componentes da fórmula ou características do vacinado. Assim, o conhecimento técnico e teórico e a capacitação do enfermeiro são de suma importância na prevenção de EAPV.

Abstract:
This study analyzed the occurrence of PVAE of immunobiologicals available in the national vaccination schedule, as well as the relationship between the prevalence and incidence of these events, allowing a more detailed evaluation of the events that may arise and the preparation and improvement of the professional for care focused on the adverse events presented. This is a dissertational literature review for theoretical basis that used a collection of information and analysis obtained through data from the Information System of the National Immunization Program, Ministry of Health, Department of Informatics of SUS, Manual of adverse events after vaccination and search for scientific articles carried out in the Virtual Health Library with the keywords: adverse events; vaccination and nursing. Due to the increase in the variety of immunobiologicals available in the official Brazilian calendar and the high number of doses administered by the different vaccines, the occurrence of Post-Vaccination Adverse Event (PVAE) becomes increasingly prevalent. Therefore, nurses should have knowledge about immunobiologicals and possible events caused, in order to coordinate the nursing team about the necessary actions, essentially in the face of any adverse event. It is concluded that PVAE can occur for several reasons, whether due to human error, components of the formula or characteristics of the vaccinated. Thus, technical and theoretical knowledge and training of nurses are of paramount importance in the prevention of PVAE.
