ANÁLISE DA OCORRÊNCIA DE CASOS DE SIFILIS CONGÊNITA NO BRASIL
Objetivos: Descrever a ocorrência dos casos de sífilis congênita no Brasil entre os anos de 2015 e 2018. Métodologia: Estudo epidemiológico retrospectivo, descritivo obtidos por meio do Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação – SINAN-Net. Resultados: Foram analisadas todas as cinco regiões brasileiras, durante quatro anos entre o período de 2015 a 2018 em neonatos de 7 a 27 dias , dos quais 43,2% ocorreram na região sudeste, 33,4% na região nordeste, 10,7% na região sul, 8,3% na região norte e 4,4% no centro-oeste. Onde a maior incidência em todo o período amostral do estudo ocorreu na região sudeste, totalizando em 2015-42,2%; 2016-43,1%; 2017-48,0%; 2018-39,4%. Conclusão: A análise permitiu identificar um aumento progressivo da sífilis congênita em todo o País, identificando a região sudeste, como a mais acometida pela sífilis congênita.

Abstract:
Objectives: To describe the occurrence of congenital syphilis cases in Brazil between the years 2015 and 2018. Methodology: Retrospective, descriptive epidemiological study obtained through the Sistema de Informação de Agravos de Notificação (Notification of Diseases Aggravation Information System) – SINAN-Net. Results: All five Brazilian regions were analyzed during four years between the period 2015 to 2018 in neonates aged 7 to 27 day, of whom 43.2% occurred in the southeast region, 33.4% in the northeast region, 10.7% in the south, 8.3% in the north and 4.4% in the midwest. Where the highest incidence in the entire sample period of the study occurred in the southeast region, totaling in 2015-42.2%; 2016-43.1%; 2017-48.0%; 2018-39.4%.Conclusion: The analysis made it possible to identify a progressive increase in congenital syphilis throughout the country, identifying the southeast region, as the most affected by congenital syphilis.
