ANÁLISE DA LOGÍSTICA REVERSA DE CARTUCHOS DE TONERS EM ÓRGÃOS FEDERAIS SEDIADOS EM PORTO VELHO - RO
O presente estudo tem por objetivo analisar a logística reversa de cartuchos de toners na Justiça Federal, no Ministério Público do Trabalho e no Tribunal Regional Eleitoral, sediados em Porto Velho-RO, verificando o cumprimento da legislação no setor. A metodologia utilizada caracteriza-se pelo método indutivo, com pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, seguida de coleta de dados primários por meio de entrevista com servidores dos órgãos, com abordagem qualitativa. Diante do estudo concluiu-se que os órgãos vêm realizando a logística reversa de seus cartuchos de toners conforme estabelece a legislação através da contratação de empresa especializada. Existe preocupação das administrações dos órgãos públicos com a questão verificado principalmente com a criação da ECOLIGA, contudo, alguns órgãos ainda pouco atuantes e com dificuldades em cumprir suas responsabilidades de acordo com a Política Nacional de Resíduos Sólidos, o que dificulta o processo da logística reversa nos órgãos públicos como um todo. Assim, para o alcance pleno dos objetivos da legislação, seria necessário envolvimento ainda maior dos órgãos e também de um número maior de servidores no processo, para que estes estejam e sejam cada vez mais conscientes quanto ao uso dos recursos.

Abstract:
The present study aims to analyze the reverse logistics of toner cartridges in the Federal Court, the Labor Public Ministry and the Regional Electoral Court, sediated in Porto Velho-RO, verifying compliance with the legislation in the sector. The methodology used is characterized by the inductive method, with bibliographical and documentary research, followed by collection of primary data through interviews with organ servants, with a qualitative approach. Before the study it was concluded that the organs have been performing the reverse logistics of their toner cartridges as established by the legislation through the hiring of a specialized company. There is concern of the administrations of the public organs with the question verified mainly with the creation of the ECOLIGA, however, some organs still not very active and with difficulties in fulfilling their responsibilities according to the National Solid Waste Policy, which hinders the process of reverse logistics in public agencies as one all. Thus, to fully achieve the objectives of the legislation, it would require even greater involvement of the organs and also a greater number of servers in the process, so that they are increasingly aware of the use of resources.
