ANÁLISE DA IMPORTÂNCIA DA IDENTIFICAÇÃO DOS ESTILOS DE APRENDIZAGEM PELO TESTE DE KOLB: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA
O processo de aprendizagem é definido como o modo como as pessoas obtêm novos conhecimentos, desenvolvem competências e modificam seus comportamentos. A aprendizagem por ser um evento inerente ao ser humano e por se encontrar presente em todos os momentos da vivência, significa uma interação constante com o meio ambiente, quando se considera as funções desempenhadas no transcorrer da evolução individual nos diversos grupos de convivência. Portanto, a identificação dos estilos de aprendizagem permite o planejamento e ao mesmo tempo a aplicação de estratégias de ensino centradas no aluno, o que promove orientações para a individualização do ensino. Por este motivo a presente pesquisa visa corroborar a importância da identificação dos estilos de aprendizagem através de revisão bibliográfica de estudos que utilizaram ou citaram o Inventário de Aprendizagem de Kolb como ferramenta no processo de ensino centrado no aluno. Este trabalho se trata de uma revisão sistemática da literatura, os procedimentos técnicos foram realizados através da busca nas bases de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS) e Literatura Latino-americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS). Foram incluídos artigos publicados dos últimos cinco anos, buscados pelos os descritores: “Educação”; “Estilos de aprendizagem”; “Inventário de Aprendizagem de Kolb”. Foram considerados artigos em português e em outros idiomas, completos publicados entre o período de 2013 a 2018. A pesquisa selecionou um total de 41 artigos. Destes, foram escolhidos 11 estudos por atenderem aos critérios de inclusão estabelecidos para o estudo. Nesta revisão foi identificado que todos os autores presentes no quadro de resultados concordam que o conhecimento dos estilos de aprendizagem pode levar a mudanças nas perspectivas individuais. Assim, conclui-se que conhecer o estilo de aprendizagem permite que discentes e docentes acrescentem ao seu arcabouço de experiências a motivação para o aprendizado.

Abstract:
The learning process is defined as the way in which people obtain new knowledge, develop skills and modify their behavior. Learning because it is an event inherent to the human being and because it is present in all moments of the experience, means a constant interaction with the environment, when considering the functions performed in the course of individual evolution in the various living groups. Therefore, the identification of learning styles allows planning and, at the same time, the application of teaching strategies centered on the student, which promotes guidelines for the individualization of teaching. For this reason, this research aims to corroborate the importance of identifying learning styles through bibliographic review of studies that used or cited the Kolb Learning Inventory as a tool in the student-centered teaching process. This work is a systematic review of the literature, the technical procedures were performed by searching the databases of the Virtual Health Library (VHL) and Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS). Articles published from the last five years were included, searched for by the descriptors: “Education”; “Learning styles”; “Kolb's Learning Inventory”. Articles in Portuguese and other languages were considered, complete published between the period of 2013 to 2018. The research selected a total of 41 articles. Of these, 11 studies were chosen because they meet the inclusion criteria established for the study. In this review, it was identified that all authors present in the results table agree that knowledge of learning styles can lead to changes in individual perspectives. Thus, it is concluded that knowing the learning style allows students and teachers to add to their framework of experiences the motivation for learning.
