ANÁLISE DA FORMAÇÃO PÓS-GRADUADA EM MOLDES DE RESIDÊNCIA MULTIPROFISSIONAL SOB A ÓTICA DE PRECEPTORES/TUTORES E RESIDENTES
O estudo teve por objetivo investigar
de que modo se deu a formação profissional
por intermédio do Programa de Residência
Multiprofissional em Saúde Hospitalar do Hospital
Universitário Lauro Wanderley. Caracterizouse
como uma pesquisa quanti-qualitativa de
natureza exploratória, descritiva e transversal,
cuja amostra foi constituída por 18 preceptores/
tutores e 16 residentes multiprofissionais
integrantes do Programa. Identificou-se que
não houve número suficiente de preceptores
para garantir o acompanhamento de todos os
residentes, quanto à divisão de preceptores
e tutores por ênfase a diferença também foi
acentuada e identificou-se o não treinamento de
44,5% da amostra. Apesar dessas dificuldades,
houve o entendimento por parte de 61,10% da
amostra de que, apesar de tais informações,
houve uma importante contribuição no processo
de formação dos residentes. Entretanto,
considera-se indispensável maior engajamento
de docentes com vistas a contribuir com
a qualidade do ensino-aprendizagem e o
desenvolvimento de um novo perfil profissional
garantidos de modo ético e responsável.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was
to investigate the way in which professional
training was given through the Multiprofessional
Residency Program in Hospital Health at Lauro Wanderley University Hospital. It was
characterized as a quantitative-qualitative research of exploratory, descriptive and
transversal nature, whose sample was constituted by 18 preceptors / tutors and 16
multiprofessional residents members of the Program. It was identified that there were
not enough preceptors to guarantee the follow-up of all the residents, regarding the
division of preceptors and tutors by emphasis the difference was also accentuated
and the non-training of 44.5% of the sample was identified. Despite these difficulties,
61.10% of the sample showed that, despite this information, there was an important
contribution to the process of training residents. However, it is considered indispensable
to increase the commitment of teachers in order to contribute to the quality of teaching
and learning and the development of a new professional profile, guaranteed ethically
and responsibly.
