ANÁLISE DA EFICÁCIA DOS MODELOS DE DISPENSAÇÃO E SEU IMPACTO PARA O GERENCIAMENTO DE FARMÁCIA HOSPITALAR
Os serviços de saúde possuem a
necessidade de buscar constantemente a
excelência em suas atividades, pois um erro,
além de gerar prejuízos para a instituição, pode
levar ainda a perda de vidas. Desta forma, a
missão essencial das dos hospitais é servir
a seus pacientes da forma mais adequada e
segura. Por isso, toda a instituição hospitalar
deverá preocupar-se em encontrar a excelência
da qualidade em sua gestão e assistência. Este
artigo teve como objetivo analisar a eficácia
dos modelos de dispensação e seu impacto
para o gerenciamento hospitalar. Realizouse
uma pesquisa bibliográfica através de
análise detalhada de materiais publicados na
literatura anteriormente procurando enfatizar
a importância da atenção farmacêutica na
melhoria da qualidade de vida dos pacientes
idosos. Concluiu-se que os modelos são de
grande importância para o gerenciamento de
uma farmácia hospitalar, sendo os modelos
atualizados e melhorados com o passar dos anos.
Além disso, determinou-se que o profissional
farmacêutico é de grande importância para gerir
estes modelos, uma vez que sem ele, aumenta
a incidência de erros de medicação e os gastos
para a instituição hospitalar.

Abstract:
Health services have the need to
constantly strive for excellence in their activities,
since an error, in addition to generating losses
for the institution, can also lead to loss of life. In
this way, the essential mission of the hospitals
is to serve their patients in the most adequate
and safe way. Therefore, the whole hospital
should be concerned with finding quality
excellence in its management and care. This
article aimed to analyze the effectiveness of
dispensing models and their impact on hospital
management. A bibliographical research was carried out through a detailed analysis of
materials published in the literature previously seeking to emphasize the importance of
pharmaceutical care in improving the quality of life of elderly patients. It was concluded
that the models are of great importance for the management of a hospital pharmacy,
and the models are updated and improved over the years. In addition, it was determined
that the pharmaceutical professional is of great importance to manage these models,
since without it, increases the incidence of medication errors and expenditures for the
hospital institution.
