ANÁLISE DA EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA OFERTADA AOS ALUNOS PAEE EM ESCOLAS PÚBLICAS
Este trabalho é um recorte de uma
pesquisa solicitada pelo Ministério Público de
Bauru/SP, que teve como objetivo investigar
como está ocorrendo o atendimento aos alunos
público-alvo da Educação Especial (PAEE) no
contexto escolar, tendo como foco a qualidade
no ensino na classe comum e no atendimento
educacional especializado nas escolas
públicas. Foram utilizados como procedimentos
análise do Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP)
e questionário respondido pelos funcionários
de uma Escola Estadual que atende ao Ensino
Fundamental Ciclo II, com vistas à construção
dos dados. Utilizou-se o método de tabulação
quantitativo e qualitativo. Os resultados apontam
que há desconhecimento da legislação em vigor
e pouca familiaridade com o assunto. Diante
desta realidade, necessário se faz entre outros
aspectos melhorar o documento que ampara
a escola (PPP), buscar maior embasamento
teórico na literatura para nortear a prática e
articular os atendimentos da sala de recurso
com a sala regular.

Abstract:
This work is an excerpt of a
research requested by the Public Prosecutor
of Bauru /SP, which aimed to investigate how
the attendance of the target audience of Special
Education (SEN) in the school context is taking
place, focusing on quality in teaching in class
and specialized educational services in public
schools. The procedures used were analysis
of the Political Educational Project (PPP)
and questionnaire which were answered by
the employees of a State School that attends
Elementary School Cycle II, with the aim of data
construction. The quantitative and qualitative
tabulation method was used. The results indicate that there is an unawareness of the current legislation in force and little familiarity
with the subject. Considering that and other aspects, it is necessary to improve the
document that supports the school (PPP), to search for a more theoretical framework in
the literature in order to guide the practice and articulate the attendance in the resource
room with the regular room
