ANÁLISE DA CONTINUIDADE DA ASSISTÊNCIA EM MULHERES PORTADORAS DE CÂNCER DE COLO DE ÚTERO
Apesar de todas as reformas e
programas instituídos nos sistemas de saúde
de diversos países da América Latina, a
fragmentação dos serviços continua como
um ponto crítico da organização do sistema
de saúde nessa região, o que promove
ineficiência, a dificuldade no acesso, na
coordenação, na continuidade e na perda
da qualidade da assistência à saúde nesse
continente. Acompanhar a trajetória assistencial
de portadoras de Câncer de Colo do Útero
possibilita que se conheça a integração entre
os níveis de fluxo de informações entre os
serviços. Esse estudo vem para contribuir com
entendimento sobre os diferentes aspectos
e dimensões da CA, evidenciar barreiras e
facilitadores existentes nas redes de saúde a
partir da percepção das usuárias submetidas
ao tratamento de Câncer de Colo do Útero,
descrevendo assim a assistência de forma
detalhada e aprofundada.

Abstract:
Despite all the reforms and
programs established in the health systems
of several Latin American countries, the
fragmentation of services remains a critical point
in the organization of the health system in this
region, which promotes inefficiency, difficulty
in access, coordination, continuity and loss
of the quality of health care in that continent.
Accompanying the care trajectory of Cervical
Cancer patients allows the integration of the
levels of information flow between services to
be known. This study comes to contribute with
an understanding about the different aspects
and dimensions of the CA, to show barriers and
facilitators existing in the health networks based
on the perception of the users submitted to the
treatment of Cervical Cancer, thus describing
the care in a detailed and thorough manner.
