AMEAÇA DE INUNDAÇÃO NA REGIÃO DA CALHA NORTE - ESTADO DO PARÁ - AMAZÔNIA
A região da Calha Norte, localizada no Baixo Amazonas do Estado do Pará, sofre historicamente com vários tipos de ameaças naturais, como cheias, enchentes, alagamentos, erosão, estiagem, enxurrada, fortes chuvas e secas, todas registradas pela Defesa Civil. Todos os anos, seja no período da chuva ou no período da seca, a população fica vulnerável a tais eventos. O presente artigo objetiva-se realizar a identificação das ameaças de inundação que permita a incorporação da temática de gerenciamento de riscos naturais no Zoneamento Ecológico Econômico, tendo como estudo de caso o ZEE da Calha Norte do Pará proporcionando instrumentos para a gestão e melhorias das ações do poder público. A análise das ameaças naturais baseou-se em estudo metodológico que agregou dados históricos, mapa geomorfológico, mapa geológico, mapa hipsométrico, mapa de declividade, identificando as três classes de análises: (i) área de alta suscetibilidade; (ii) área de moderada suscetibilidade e (iii) área de baixa suscetibilidade, gerando assim o mapa da ameaça de inundação. O ZEE da Calha Norte do Pará foi analisado com alguns questionamentos a fim de verificar a inclusão da temática de ameaça, concluindo-se pela falta desta no documento técnico. Além disto, os resultados obtidos com a pesquisa são de elevada importância no sentido de subsidiar o ordenamento territorial e para a criação de políticas públicas à região.

Abstract:
The region of Calha Norte, located in the Lower Amazon of the State of Pará, has historically suffered from various types of natural threats, such as floods, floods, flooding, erosion, drought, runoff, heavy rains and droughts, all registered by the Civil Defense. Every year, whether in the rainy season or the dry season, the population is vulnerable to such events. This article aims to carry out the identification of flood threats that allow the incorporation of the theme of natural risk management in the Ecological Economic Zoning, having as a case study the ZEE Calha Norte do Pará, providing instruments for the management and improvement of actions of the public power. The analysis of natural threats was based on a methodological study that added historical data, geomorphological, geological, hypsometric, slope, identifying the three classes of analysis: (i) high susceptibility; (ii) of moderate susceptibility and (iii) of low susceptibility, thus generating the flood threat map. The ZEE Calha Norte do Pará was analyzed with some questions in order to verify the inclusion of the threat theme, concluding that it was missing from the technical document. In addition, the results obtained with the research are of high importance in the sense of subsidizing the territorial ordering and for the creation of public policies for the region.
