A evolução na modalidade de formação
virtual possibilitou alcançar novas estratégias
e transformar os ambientes de aprendizagem
– E-Learning - em modelos de referência em
desenvolvimento e capacitação de pessoas.
O ambiente de aprendizagem dispõe de um
conjunto de recursos que oferece, além da
dimensão tecnológica, criar um ambiente social e
emocional que estimula e motiva a participação
ativa dos alunos. Assim, este estudo teve como
objetivo descrever e verificar os benefícios do
E-Learning 2.0 no processo de aprendizagem em
ambientes virtuais. Foi realizada uma pesquisa
bibliográfica através da técnica de meta-análise
que corresponde a uma investigação minuciosa de
publicações por índice de impacto. Os resultados
da pesquisa evidenciam a importância desse novo
ambiente na qualidade da formação em EAD, uma
estratégia inovadora possível, que potencializa o
desenvolvimento da aprendizagem e democratiza
a participação de todos.

Abstract:
Developments in virtual training mode
enabled achieve new strategies and transform the
learning environments - E-Learning - in reference
models for development and empowerment of
people. The learning environment has a set of
features it offers, in addition to the technological
dimension, create a social and emotional
environment that stimulates and encourages the
active participation of students. This study aimed
to describe and verify the benefits of E-Learning
2.0 in the learning process in virtual environments.
a literature search was performed using metaanalysis
technique that corresponds to a thorough
investigation of publications by impact factor. The
survey results show the importance of this new
environment in the quality of training in EAD, a
possible innovative strategy, which enhances the
development of learning and democratize the
participation of all.
