ALTERNATIVAS PARA O CUMPRIMENTO DA META 12 DO NOVO PLANO NACIONAL DE EDUCAÇÃO: NOVO MODELO DE UNIVERSIDADE PARA VIABILIZAR A EXPANSÃO
Analisamos o processo de expansão da Educação Superior das
universidades federais a partir do Reuni, e os seus resultados. Com a necessidade
de investimentos nesse nível de ensino tendo em vista o novo Plano Nacional de
Educação, a contribuição que novas arquiteturas curriculares, a exemplo dos
Bacharelados Interdisciplinares, e novas estratégias de aprendizagem podem dar
para a expansão projetada no PNE pode ser expressiva. O atual nível de
investimentos nas universidades federais é muito superior ao de 14 anos atrás, e o
investimento per capta por aluno cresceu bastante, entretanto não será possível
cumprir a meta 12, especialmente no tocante ao crescimento das universidades
públicas com o mesmo modelo de universidade que temos hoje.

Abstract:
We analyze the process of expansion of Higher Education of federal
universities after the Reuni, and its results. With the need to invest in this level of
education in view of the new National Education Plan, the contribution that new
curricular architectures, such as Interdisciplinary Bachelor's and new learning
strategies can give to the projected expansion in PNE can be significant. The current
level of investment in federal universities is much higher than that of 14 years ago,
and per capita investment has grown significantly, but it will not be possible to meet
goal 12, especially with respect to the growth of public universities with the same
university model That we have today.
