ALTERAÇÃO SENSORIAL E ATRASO DE LINGUAGEM EM CRIANÇAS COM TRANSTORNO DO ESPECTRO AUTISTA UMA REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
O objetivo deste estudo é realizar uma revisão sistemática de literatura de trabalhos que abordassem a relação entre as questões sensoriais e o atraso de linguagem dessa população, propiciando um conhecimento amplo com maiores possibilidades de intervenções terapêuticas no desenvolvimento dessas crianças. Para a seleção dos estudos, foi realizado levantamento bibliográfico de textos publicados no período entre 2010 a 2019 em bases de dados eletrônicas LILACS, SciELO, PubMed e Google Scholar. Com base no título foram definidos os descritores para a busca de acordo com o Descritores em Ciências da Saúde. Da totalidade dos estudos encontrados foram tabelados (n=7) por meio dos critérios de inclusão e análise prévia do resumo. Com a análise completa encontrou-se quatro estudos condizentes com a presente pesquisa. As pesquisas apontam que as alterações sensoriais podem afetar negativamente a vida desses indivíduos e de suas famílias. A ausência de respostas ou a dificuldade em regular esses estímulos podem prejudicar o potencial de aprendizado dessas crianças no desenvolvimento da linguagem e na interação com o meio. Os achados se relacionam na tentativa de entender as associações entre os padrões sensoriais e os principais sintomas do autismo quanto a linguagem. O desenvolvimento compreende diversos fatores e os sentidos moldam as experiências, o que dificulta a criança com espectro autista a se desenvolver em sua totalidade. Apesar dos estudos elencados nesta revisão pode-se destacar a escassez de pesquisas que tragam a relação das alterações sensoriais e sua influência na linguagem.

Abstract:
The objective of this study is to carry out a systematic review of the literature of studies that addressed the relationship between sensory issues and the language delay of this population, providing a broad knowledge with greater possibilities of therapeutic interventions in the development of these children. For the selection of studies, a bibliographic survey of texts published between 2010 and 2019 was conducted in electronic databases LILACS, Scielo, Pubmed and Google Scholar. Based on the title, the descriptors for the search were defined according to the Descriptors in Health Sciences. Of all the studies found, they were tabulated (n=7) by means of inclusion criteria and prior analysis of the abstract. The complete analysis found four studies consistent with this research. Research shows that sensory alterations can negatively affect the lives of these individuals and their families. The absence of responses or the difficulty in regulating these stimuli can harm the learning potential of these children in language development and interaction with the environment. The findings are related in the attempt to understand the associations between sensory patterns and the main symptoms of autism regarding language. The development comprises several factors and the senses shape the experiences, which makes it difficult for the child with autistic spectrum to develop in its entirety. Despite the studies listed in this review, we can highlight the scarcity of research that brings the relationship of sensory alterations and their influence on language.
