Abstract: Male androgenetic alopecia (AGA) is the most prevalent form of hair loss in men, characterized by progressive thinning in the frontotemporal and vertex regions. It is caused by the conversion of testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT), which leads to follicular miniaturization and shortening of the anagen phase. This study presents an advanced hair therapy protocol applied to a 22-year-old patient with a history of AGA since age 18. The treatment combined daily home care—including oral supplementation, stimulating shampoo, conditioner, and serum—with weekly in-clinic sessions using electrotherapy resources such as high frequency and red LED. After three weeks, significant improvement in hair loss and scalp health was observed, with new hair growth after four weeks and increased hair density at the end of four months. The follow-up confirms that AGA is controllable; however, treatment interruption led to regression, highlighting the importance of continuous adherence, therapeutic education, and multidisciplinary support for lasting results.
