ALIENAÇÃO PARENTAL: UM ESTUDO SOBRE AUSÊNCIAS, SILÊNCIOS, AFETOS E VIOLÊNCIA
Este trabalho visa problematizar e refletir, a partir do contexto da elaboração da lei da Alienação Parental, no Brasil, sobre os atravessamentos que perpassam esse processo. Busca-se compreender, ainda, através de pesquisas em sites, e em referenciais teóricos que abraçam essa temática, de que forma, tem-se entendido que o acionamento dessa lei vem sendo usado como possível indicativo de defesa, em casos de denúncia de abuso sexual, reflexionando sobre a percepção da desigualdade estrutural de gênero, como sugestivo de uma possível violência simbólica contra mulher.

Abstract:
This work aims to problematize and reflect, from the context of the elaboration of the Parental Alienation law, in Brazil, about the crossings that go through this process. We also seek to understand, through research on websites, and in theoretical references that embrace this theme, in that way, it has been understood that the activation of this law has been used as a possible indication of defense, in cases of sexual reporting abuse, reflecting on the perception of structural gender inequality, as suggestive of a possible symbolic violence against women.
