Este artigo visa chamar a atenção

e trazer à tona a discussão acerca dos vícios

que o poder judiciário pratica ao conceder

medidas preventivas de proteção à criança e

ao adolescente, motivadas por denúncias de

falsas notícias de alienação parental. Utilizamse

como base de consulta os levantamentos

estatísticos realizados pelo próprio poder

judiciário e entrevistas concedidas por seus

auxiliares, seguida de uma metodologia direta

e objetiva. No desenvolvimento, é apresentado

a evolução do poder familiar, a concretização

de sua efetividade, a interferência do Judiciário

e os vícios que seus auxiliares cometem

nas abordagens clinicas e exames periciais

com técnicas e instrumentos inadequados

e desatualizados, ou seja, frágeis para a sua

identificação.

Abstract:
This article aims to raise

awareness and raise the debate about the

vices that the judiciary practices by granting

preventive measures to protect children and

adolescents, motivated by reports of false news

of parental alienation. The statistical surveys

carried out by the judiciary itself and interviews

granted by its auxiliaries are used as a basis for

consultation, followed by a direct and objective

methodology. In the development, it is presented

the evolution of family power, the concretization

of its effectiveness, the interference of the

Judiciary and the addictions that its auxiliaries

commit in the clinical approaches and expert

examinations with techniques and instruments

inadequate and outdated, that is, fragile for their

identificatio.
