ALGUMAS RELEXÕES ACERCA DO PROFESSOR QUE ENSINA MATEMÁTICA NAS SÉRIES INICIAIS DO ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL
O presente trabalho busca tecer algumas reflexões acerca do professor que ensina matemática nas séries iniciais, enfatizando aspectos relacionados a concepção, planejamento e prática desses profissionais na primeira etapa do ensino fundamental. Sabe-se da importância desta área do conhecimento e da necessidade de aprendê-la para que o ensino seja efetivo e promova a autonomia dos alunos. Sendo assim, partir da realidade na qual o professor está inserido, torna-se possível observar e analisar como o docente se relaciona com a disciplina, bem como a forma que ele sistematiza esse processo até de fato chegar a sua atuação em sala de aula. Portanto, pretende-se por meio desse estudo, traçar pontos importantes acerca desse tema a fim de trazer avanços para o ensino e para o fazer docente.

Abstract:
The present work seeks to weave some reflections about the teacher who teaches mathematics in the initial grades, emphasizing aspects related to the conception, planning and practice of these professionals in the first stage of elementary school. It is known the importance of this area of knowledge and the need to learn it so that teaching is effective and promotes student autonomy. Thus, starting from the reality in which the teacher is inserted, it becomes possible to observe and analyze how the teacher relates to the discipline, as well as the way in which he systematizes this process until he actually arrives at his performance in the classroom. Therefore, it is intended, through this study, to draw important points about this topic in order to bring advances to teaching and teaching.
