ALFABETIZAR NA REDE PÚBLICA: O QUE NOS DIZEM ALFABETIZADORA E GESTORA DE UMA ESCOLA
A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo investigar as principais dificuldades de aprendizagem na alfabetização de crianças. Com uma abordagem qualitativa, foi realizada análise de literatura, observação de atividades de alfabetização, e entrevistas semiestruturadas com uma professora alfabetizadora e a coordenadora pedagógica da educação infantil e ensino fundamental anos iniciais. Os resultados mostram que a coordenação trabalha em parceria com a professora na aplicação de testes de nível de aprendizagem com os alunos e analisam juntas as dificuldades e progressos dos alunos, e que ambas entendem que a família tem papel primordial no processo de alfabetização. Verificou-se com os estudos realizados a importância da utilização de práticas pedagógicas diferenciadas que atendam às necessidades dos alunos e a participação da família na vida educacional da criança.

Abstract:
The present research aimed to investigate the main learning difficulties in children's literacy. With a qualitative approach, literature analysis was carried out, observation of literacy activities, and semi-structured interviews with a literacy teacher and the pedagogical coordinator of early childhood education and elementary education. The results show that the coordination works in partnership with the teacher in the application of learning level tests with the students and they analyze together the difficulties and progress of the students, and that both understand that the family has a fundamental role in the literacy process. It was verified with the studies carried out the importance of using differentiated pedagogical practices that meet the needs of students and the participation of the family in the educational life of the child.
