ALFABETIZAÇÃO PARA AS DIVERSIDADES: UM APONTAMENTO DAS VULNERABILIDADES DENTRO DA ESCOLA
O presente artigo tem por principal objetivo fomentar a discussão em torno da alfabetização escolar para temas que envolvam diretamente a formação dos alunos enquanto sujeitos inseridos em uma sociedade plural e diversificada. Para tal, propõe-se pensar como a escola tem se posicionado diante das diferenças de gênero e as variadas formas de vivência das sexualidades expressas por seus alunos, de modo a propiciar um espaço de acolhimento, respeito e autonomia. Reconhece-se aqui a importância da alfabetização em termos de leitura e escrita, porém, para além destas a escola também precisa estar comprometida com a alfabetização para as diversidades sociais e institucionais. Neste sentido alfabetizar para as diferenças também é preciso, e para tal a formação continuada de professores e demais atores educacionais pode servir de respaldo a prática educativa, tanto quando ferramentas como palestras, oficinas e a participação de pais e comunidade unidos a este objetivo.

Abstract:
The main objective of this article is to stimulate the discussion around school literacy for themes that directly involve the students' formation as subjects inserted in a plural and diverse society. To this end, it is proposed to think about how the school has positioned itself in the face of gender differences and the various ways of experiencing the sexualities expressed by its students, in order to provide a space for welcoming, respect and autonomy. This recognizes the importance of literacy in terms of reading and writing, but beyond these the school also needs to be committed to literacy for social and institutional diversity. In this sense, literacy for differences is also necessary, and for this the continued formation of teachers and other educational actors can support the educational practice, as well as tools such as lectures, workshops and the participation of parents and community united to this goal.
