ALFABETIZAÇÃO E LETRAMENTO: CONTRIBUTOS EPISTEMOLÓGICOS PARA FORMAÇÃO DO SUJEITO
Este texto traz como ponto de discussão o processo de alfabetização e letramento, de forma a identificar a dimensão sócio-histórica e política da alfabetização, assim como as abordagens teórico-metodológicas referentes ao processo de alfabetização e letramento. Os fundamentos epistemológicos acerca da temática em questão propomos estudos sistemáticos de autores como Freire (1979; 1989); Ferreiro (1995); Silva (2007); Soares (2011); Morais e Albuquerque (2007); Carvalho (2010); Fernandes (2010); Kleiman (2008). A pesquisa adotou a abordagem qualitativa, de caráter interpretativo e descritivo, tendo em vista uma pesquisa de cunho bibliográfico. Os pontos de discussão elencados neste texto, nos traz a compreensão de que viver em um ambiente letrado, incluindo a família e a escola, permite à criança desenvolver conceitos e competências funcionais relacionadas à leitura e à escrita.

Abstract:
This text brings as a discussion point the literacy and literacy process, in order to identify the socio-historical and political dimension of literacy, as well as the theoretical-methodological approaches related to the literacy and literacy process. The epistemological foundations about the theme in question we propose systematic studies by authors such as Freire (1979; 1989); Ferreiro (1995); Silva (2007); Soares (2011); Morais and Albuquerque (2007); Carvalho (2010); Fernandes (2010); Kleiman (2008). The research adopted a qualitative approach, with an interpretative and descriptive character, in view of a bibliographical research. The discussion points listed in this text bring us the understanding that living in a literate environment, including family and school, allows children to develop concepts and functional skills related to reading and writing.
