ALEITAMENTO MATERNO E INCLUSÃO DAS MÃES SURDAS: O QUE MOSTRAM AS EVIDÊNCIAS CIENTÍFICAS
sabe-se que ao atender mulheres surdas que estejam vivenciando a gravidez, o parto e/ou pós-parto os cuidados e orientações deverão ser redobrados. O planejamento da assistência deverá ser planejado tentando ajudar a mulher a transpor os obstáculos, medos e vulnerabilidades que são impostos pela impossibilidade de escutar, falar e da própria gravidez. Objetivou-se analisar as produções científicas sobre a comunicação profissional nas orientações de aleitamento materno para mães surdas. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, com busca realizada nas bases de dados PubMed indexados no Medline Journals; Web of Science; CINAHL; SCOPUS; COCHRANE; EMBASE; LILACS e na Biblioteca Virtual da Saúde, realizada no mês de outubro de 2020, com a equação de busca: Surdez (Deafness) AND Aleitamento materno (Breastfeeding) AND Enfermagem (Nursing). Foram encontrados 937 artigos, contudo apenas 01 atendia ao objetivo. O artigo estava no idioma inglês, no ano 2013, a base de origem foi a PubMed, no periódico Pregnancy and Childbirth. O artigo foi uma análise retrospectiva que acompanhou mulheres gestantes, parturientes e puérperas com e sem algum tipo de deficiência declarada. Foi perceptível a invisibilidade da mulher, quer seja surda ou com outra deficiência, tanto para a comunidade acadêmica, quanto para a assistência realizada. No que tange ao incentivo da amamentação, escolha da posição de parto, presença do companheiro e analgesia da dor durante os estágios do parto, as mulheres com deficiência demonstraram que seus pedidos não foram atendidos.

Abstract:
it is known that when attending deaf women who are experiencing pregnancy, childbirth and / or postpartum care and guidance should be redoubled. Care planning should be planned in an attempt to help women overcome the obstacles, fears and vulnerabilities that are imposed by the impossibility of listening, speaking and the pregnancy itself. The objective was to analyze the scientific productions about professional communication in breastfeeding guidelines for deaf mothers. It is an integrative review, search performed in PubMed databases indexed in Medline Journals; Web of Science; CINAHL; SCOPUS; COCHRANE; EMBASE; LILACS and the Virtual Health Library, held in October 2020, with the search equation: Deafness (Deafness) AND Breastfeeding AND Nursing (Nursing). 937 articles were found, however only 01 met the objective. The article was in English, in 2013, the source was PubMed, in the journal Pregnancy and Childbirth. The article was a retrospective analysis that followed pregnant women, parturients and mothers with and without some type of declared disability. The invisibility of the woman was noticeable, whether she is deaf or with another disability, both for the academic community and for the assistance provided. Regarding the encouragement of breastfeeding, choice of delivery position, presence of a partner and pain analgesia during the stages of delivery, women with disabilities demonstrated that their requests were not met.
