AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR COMO ATIVIDADE PRODUTIVA
A agricultura familiar se caracteriza
pela gestão da propriedade compartilhada
entre os membros familiares, os agricultores
familiares têm uma relação de afinidade com a
terra, o seu lugar tanto de trabalho quanto de
moradia, sendo a produção agropecuária sua
principal fonte de renda e uma diversidade de
produção.
O presente trabalho discute o conceito da
agricultura, sua sistematização no Brasil, a
relação da agricultura familiar em Januária e
descreve a dinamização da agricultura familiar
na Comunidade de Barra do Tejuco, sendo o
objetivo desta pesquisa analisar a agricultura
familiar nesta comunidade que se localiza a
distancia de 26 km da cidade de JanuáriaMG, as metodologias utilizadas foram revisão
bibliográfica e pesquisa de campo in loco,
para se entender como a agricultura familiar
estrutura-se na comunidade. Conclui-se que a
maioria das famílias desta comunidade vive em
pequenas propriedades, a terra é o seu principal
meio de sustento, demonstram satisfação em
viverem ali, têm esperanças de melhora em
relação às questões climáticas e econômicas.

Abstract:
Family agriculture is characterized
by the management of shared ownership among
family members, family farmers have a relation
of affinity with the land, their place of work and
housing, and agricultural production is their main
source of income and a diversity of production.
This paper discusses the concept of agriculture,
its systematization in Brazil, the relation of
family agriculture in Januária and describes
the dynamization of family agriculture in the
community of Barra de Tejuco, the objective of
this research is to analyze family farming in this
community that is located distance of 26 km from
the city of Januária-MG, the methodologies used
were bibliographic review and field research
in loco, to understand how family farming is
structured in the community. It is concluded that
the majority of the families of this community
live on small properties, the land is their main
means of support, they show satisfaction
in living there, they hope for improvement
in relation to climatic and economic issues.
