AFINAL, QUAL É O PAPEL DO SOCIOEDUCADOR COMO AGENTE DE DIREITOS HUMANOS?
Este capítulo apresenta reflexões
da socioeducação fruto do resultado do
aprofundamento da versão anterior, intitulada
“O papel do socioeducador como agente de
direitos humanos”, publicada nos Anais do IX
Encontro da ANDHEP, em 2016, vinculada ao
GT 6. De certo, parte da questão desse novo
aporte da pesquisa aglutina-se em decorrência
também das nossas orientações frente aos
diversos socioeducadores de todo o Brasil
que realizaram a primeira Especialização em
Políticas Públicas e Socioeducação pela Escola
Nacional de Socioeducação (ENS). Trata-se de
um artigo de natureza qualitativa, baseado em
pesquisa bibliográfica complementado também
por dados históricos do programa de cursos de
formação continuada de 2012 a 2014, realizados
pela própria ENS desde a sua implementação.
A revisão de literatura esquadrinha autores
conceituais de direitos humanos por Herrera
Flores (2008) Boaventura Santos (2006), de
adolescência por Calligaris (2011) e Morin
(1973) e o sujeito de direitos (outro) na visão
de Todorov (2010). Neste contexto pretendese trazer a memória um debate que exige um
pensamento intersetorial e articulação entre
as distintas políticas públicas, afinal, qual o
papel do socioeducador frente às alternativas
e propostas com vistas a implementações dos
avanços conquistados nas legislações desde
a Constituição Cidadã (1988) até o presente
momento?

Abstract:
This chapter presents reflections
on socio-education resulting from the deepening
of the previous version, entitled “The role of the
socioeducator as an agent of human rights”,
published in the Proceedings of the IX ANDHEP
Meeting in 2016, linked to GT 6. Of course, part
of The question of this new contribution of the
research is also due to our orientations towards
the different socio-educators from all over Brazil
who carried out the first Specialization in Public
Policies and Socioeducation by the National
School of Socio-education (ENS). It is an article
of a qualitative nature, based on bibliographical
research, supplemented by historical data from
the program of continuing education courses
from 2012 to 2014, carried out by ENS itself
since its implementation. The review of literature examines conceptual authors of
human rights by Herrera Flores (2008) Boaventura Santos (2006), of adolescence by
Calligaris (2011) and Morin (1973) and the subject of rights (another) in Todorov’s view
(2010). In this context, it is intended to bring to memory a debate that requires an
intersectoral thinking and articulation between the different public policies, after all,
what is the role of the socioeducator in the alternatives and proposals with a view to
implementing the advances achieved in the legislation since the Citizen Constitution
(1988 ) until now?
