AFETIVIDADE E ACOLHIMENTO COMO FERRAMENTAS NA CONSOLIDAÇÃO DA APRENDIZAGEM: Um caso em uma faculdade particular na cidade de Natal/RN
Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a importância do afeto como ferramenta na aprendizagem e nas relações entre professor e o aluno, dando ênfase para o fato de que a afetividade pode determinar o sucesso de uma criança na escola e em sua vida futura. Este trabalho nos leva a uma reflexão na questão sobre afetividade, ou seja, o professor sendo o mediador dessa afetividade em sala de aula proporcionando a aprendizagem dos alunos, melhorando assim o relacionamento do aluno com professor, proporcionando entre eles uma amizade com respeito, desenvolvendo assim o seu próprio progresso físico, psíquico, espiritual e moral. O tema em abordado se baseia em uma pesquisa bibliográfica e um estudo de caso, onde a fundamentação teórica se argumenta em teóricos como Cunha, Piaget, Vygotsky, Wallon. Esses autores comentaram a necessidade da afetividade e acolhimento, reconhecendo que o aprendizado está ligado a esses estímulos. Os estudos mostram que tais estímulos, além de mediar o aprendizado também torna possível melhorar as relações interpessoais, fortalecendo os laços de amizade, permitindo existir o respeito, amizade, solidariedade, generosidade, confiança.

Abstract:
This work aims to analyze the importance of affection as a tool in learning and in the relationship between teacher and student, emphasizing the fact that affectivity can determine a child's success in school and in his future life. This work leads us to a reflection on the question about affectivity, that is, the teacher being the mediator of this affectivity in the classroom, providing the students' learning, thus improving the student's relationship with the teacher, providing a friendship with respect between them, developing thus their own physical, psychological, spiritual and moral progress. The theme in question is based on a bibliographic research and a case study, where the theoretical basis is argued in theorists such as Cunha, Piaget, Vygotsky, Wallon. These authors commented on the need for affection and welcoming, recognizing that learning is linked to these stimuli. Studies show that such stimuli, in addition to mediating learning, also make it possible to improve interpersonal relationships, strengthening the bonds of friendship, allowing for respect, friendship, solidarity, generosity, trust. -
