ADVOCACIA EM SAÚDE À MULHERES VÍTIMAS DE VIOLÊNCIA
Objetivo: Identificar como ocorre a advocacia em saúde por profissionais da enfermagem de Unidades de Saúde da Família às mulheres em situação de violência. Método: Pesquisa social, descritiva, qualitativa. Participaram do estudo enfermeiros e técnicos de enfermagem atuantes nas Unidades de Saúde da Família do munícipio do Rio Grande/RS. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas semiestruturada, inseridos no Software NVivo versão 10 e tratados com base na Análise de Conteúdo de Bardin. Resultados: A partir dos achados construiu-se duas categorias analíticas. Na primeira, verificou-se o exercício da advocacia em saúde restrito ao manejo das lesões físicas provenientes da violência sofrida. Na segunda, abordou-se condutas realizadas para garantia dos direitos das mulheres em situação de violência doméstica. Conclusões: Garantir que os direitos das vítimas sejam respeitados é uma das maneiras mais efetivas de exercer a advocacia em saúde dessas mulheres.

Abstract:
To identify how health advocacy occurs by nursing professionals from Family Health Units to women in situations of violence. Method: Social, descriptive, qualitative research. The study included nurses and nursing technicians working in the Family Health Units of the municipality of Rio Grande / RS. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews, inserted in the NVivo Software version 10 and treated based on the Bardin Content Analysis. Results: Based on the findings, two analytical categories were constructed. In the first one, it was verified the exercise of the advocacy in health restricted to the management of the physical injuries originating from the violence suffered. The second part dealt with actions taken to guarantee the rights of women in situations of domestic violence. Conclusions: Ensuring that the rights of victims are respected is one of the most effective ways of exercising women's health advocacy.
