• Abstract: Female infertility is a significant concern that affects many couples worldwide. This article provides a literature review on new therapies in the treatment of female infertility. The research has highlighted promising advances in personalized hormonal therapies, advanced ovarian stimulation techniques, minimally invasive surgical approaches, and complementary therapies. These therapies offer hope for couples facing reproductive challenges, aiming to improve success rates and minimize side effects. However, further clinical studies and protocol standardization are needed to validate the efficacy of these therapies. Individualization of treatments and consideration of each patient's specific needs are crucial for achieving better outcomes.
