Abstract: Exploring innovations in geriatric oncology, this article focuses on recent developments in palliative care for elderly cancer patients. It highlights the importance of personalized approaches and the integration of innovative practices such as telemedicine and complementary therapies, aimed at improving patients' quality of life. Current challenges, including equitable access and effective implementation of care, are discussed, concluding with the need for ongoing adaptation and enhancement in palliative care practices in geriatric oncology.
