Abstract: This article reviews recent advancements in the management of binge eating disorder and its major complications, highlighting emerging behavioral, pharmacological, and digital therapies. Despite notable progress in treatment personalization and efficacy, challenges such as accessibility and the need for more holistic approaches remain. Future research should focus on exploring new therapeutic targets, assessing digital interventions, and developing patient-centered treatments to improve outcomes and quality of life.
